Chef Murray has been with Perfect Catering since 2008. He and his wife Diane moved to Texas from Illinois to work in the family business. Murray enjoys preparing meals that want you to say “wow” with flavor. His commitment to the operations of the kitchen, so that we produce the freshest and tastiest product, is unsurpassed.
Lori Valenti, Owner & Event Director
Lori began working in the event industry in 2006. She along with the Perfect Catering Team have become a leader in the Catering & Event industry in the East Texas area. In July of 2016, Lori and her husband, Phillip, purchased Perfect Catering.

David Balenger, Chef
A graduate with a degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Dallas, Chef David enjoys creating new and inspiring dishes and getting out on the Harley with his wife Patty, when he has the chance. One of his favorite things is serving guests and making sure they have a wonderful cuisine experience.
Adam & Melissa, Founders/Previous Owners
Chef Adam and Melissa started the business in 2004 with the opening of The Perfect Blend in the Longview Hospital. The catering business grew out of this venture. Adam has worked in the food business since the age of 12 and is also an accomplished pilot. He and Melissa are both graduates of LeTourneau University and have two beautiful children.
