Lori Valenti, Owner & Event Coordinator

Lori began working in the event industry in 2006. She along with the Perfect Catering Team have become a leader in the Catering & Event industry in the East Texas area. In July of 2016, Lori and her husband, Phillip, purchased Perfect Catering.

Brianna Fry, Administrative Assistant & Event Coordinator

Brianna has been a part of the Perfect Catering team since March 2017.What started as a part-time job eventually led to the full-time role of Event Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Her early love for baking cakes and assisting family and friends with weddings and events made her transition into the event industry flawless, all while allowing her to be in a job that she is passionate about. Away from Perfect Catering she is a wife, mother of three and a soon-to-be grandparent. She enjoys her fur babies and spending time with her family.


Rick Lippitz, Kitchen Manager

Chef Rick Lippitz has 35 years in the Food Industry. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park in 1981. He has gained much of his experience by working in the hotel food industry and fine dining restaurants. Soups, sauces and stir-fry are his favorite foods to prepare, however his ultimate goal is for everything he cooks to look and taste great. Rick’s hobbies include exercising and riding motorcycles.


Kerime Cardenas, Sous Chef/Baker

Kerime joined Perfect Catering in 2013. She has a passion for excellence in both taste and presentation of our menu items. Her smile and positive outlook is contagious in the kitchen and loves making people happy with creating great food! She serves Perfect Catering guests with joy and loves her job. We at Perfect Catering consider her the “Mother Hen” of the kitchen! She also brings her talent of authentic Mexican food to the table as well. She is the mother of three boys, which keeps her life full and busy.


Adam & Melissa, Founders & Previous Owners

Chef Adam and Melissa started the business in 2004 with the opening of The Perfect Blend in the Longview Hospital. The catering business grew out of this venture. Adam has worked in the food business since the age of 12 and is also an accomplished pilot. He and Melissa are both graduates of LeTourneau University and have two beautiful children.
